PRIVATE GROUP TOUR REQUEST FORM

Thank you for your tour request. Fill out the information below, and be sure to click the Submit button when complete.

All tours are walking tours, with limited or no areas for the group as a whole to sit. All participants should be prepared to be on their feet, walking or standing, for the duration of the tour.

For tours of less than 20 people there is a 12 person/$300 minimum (additional attendees can be added at the rate of $25 per person). For tours groups larger than 20 there is a discounted rate, with a 12 person/$240 minimum (additional attendees can be added at the rate of $20 per person).

ESTIMATED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES Your group tour cost is based on 12 attendees (fewer than 12 attendees still pay the minimum for 12). The maximum group size for one docent is 12; groups larger than 12 may be sub-divided into smaller groups as necessary.

Payment of the minimum amount is due one week after our tentative confirmation has been sent to you. Final payment is due one week before the tour date.

Tour requests will be reviewed within five business days. All requests will receive a follow up email or phone call. If we cannot accommodate your group, we will let you know. Groups whose requests can be accommodated will receive a Tentative Confirmation with details. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A TENTATIVE CONFIRMATION, YOUR GROUP IS NOT ON OUR CALENDAR.
